1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link in the left sidebar of the Purchase section of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. |

We are able to ship around the world through our web site. All pricing and delivery estimates are outlined when purchasing MetroMamma products on-line. Please understand that all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will not be paid by MetroMamma.
Should you require special delivery to a country other than listed above, we will be happy to process your order through our corporate headquarters. |

| When will my order ship? |

You may click the "My Account / Order Status" link in the left sidebar of the Purchase section of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information from FedEx directly within 24-48 hours of shipment.
