All payment information is obtained through a secure server. Your credit card information will not be shared with a third party.

7. Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Every shipment includes a copy of MetroMamma’s return policy. Returns accepted on unused product up to 14 days after receipt. With each return, please include item(s) to be returned, in original packaging, with original receipt. Please note the reason for return on the front side of every receipt. All returns to be shipped in an insured, pre-paid package to ATTN: Returns Department, MetroMamma LLC, 2441 West Horizon Ridge Parkway #120 Henderson, NV 89052. Please understand that we will not accept the return of used goods.

8. Shipping Policy

We are able to ship around the world through our web site. All pricing and delivery estimates are outlined when purchasing MetroMamma products on-line. Please understand that all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will not be paid by MetroMamma.

Should you require special delivery to a country other than listed above, we will be happy to process your order through our corporate headquarters.

9. Payment Policy

All product pricing is quoted in US dollars and all orders will be processed in US currency. Nevada sales tax applies to all orders shipped within the State of Nevada. Orders shipped outside of Nevada are exempt from sales tax.
