  1. The MetroWrap™ looks complicated to put on. How long does it take to tie it and can I do it all by myself?

    2. Yes, it can look intimidating and complicated, but it is easy to wrap and can be tied in minutes!

    The beauty of the MetroWrap™ is that it’s easy to tie without the added complication of buttons, snaps and zippers. The first few times you tie the MetroWrap™ you will need an extra few minutes as you adjust, learn what you like for positioning, and so on. Once you’ve got your system down it will take minutes to be wrapped and on your way.

  2. I am a first time mom with a newborn and I am very concerned about supporting my baby’s head. Is it safe to use the MetroWrap™?

    3. Of course! For baby’s that cannot yet support their heads, it is important that you tuck the back part of their head under one side of the baby wrap fabric that is draped from your shoulders.

    5. Yes, this is a very common question! As per the tying instructions, the tighter you pull the fabric that goes over your shoulders, the higher your baby will sit. Remember that the tightness of the fabric around your waist will have no impact on how high or low your baby sits.

  7. With 4 kids, it seems that I’m always doing laundry. Can I wash and dry the MetroWrap™ and will it keep its shape?

    8. Yes and yes! One of the parameters when developing the fabric for the MetroWrap™ was testing how the material held up wash after wash. To wash and dry, simply throw the MetroWrap™ in with your kids’ clothes. See care label on MetroWrap™.

  8. I’m an exhausted mom with a colic baby. I can’t even make dinner without her in my arms! Is the MetroWrap™ something I can wear everywhere?

    9. Yes. The cotton fabric and ergonomic design allows versatility and comfort. Please use common sense when wearing the MetroWrap™ and do not use near heat sources, hot food, chemicals and other dangers.

  12. I have the MetroWrap™, but I’m a little intimidated to tie the MetroWrap™ in public. Can I put it on before leaving the house?

    13. Yes, this is actually a hot MetroMamma tip! We strongly suggest tying the MetroWrap™ before departing the house and leaving it on between errands. As the MetroWrap™ feels and looks like a garment it’s comfortable and fashionable – even without a child in it!

  13. I am a sewer. Why wouldn’t I make the wrap myself?

    14. You could try, but you will be gravely disappointed. It took us months and months of research, including the use of world renowned experts in the material science field, to find “the” right fabric. If you do not use the correct fabric, your wrap will be uncomfortable and unsafe for you and your child.

  14. Can men wear the MetroWrap™?

    15. Yes. One size fits all for both men and women. It’s in vogue to be a “MetroMan”! Tip: most men who wear it don’t choose to drape the fabric down their arm.

  15. I like all of your colors. How do I choose which ones to buy?
